There is one big problem regarding good exercises. The good exercises make you feel hungry. There are certain exercises also which help you fight against hunger and keep you healthy. You can defeat your hunger with a list of some exercises only in five minutes.
Breath of frog
It is a simple gymnastic exercise. This exercise will help you to fight against hunger even if you have not eaten for the whole day. For this exercise, you have to take the support of a table or a chair. Now lean on the elbows against the table or chair. Pull your belly inside and take a deep breath. You have to hold your breath for 3-4 seconds. Exercise for your abdominal muscles repeats the process ten times. You should do this exercise before your meal.
This exercise is an extension of Chinese exercise. This exercise helps you to control your breath and thinking power. Stick out your knees out and fold your legs by sitting. Your sitting posture will look like lotus flowers’ petals. You have to keep your back straight. Hold your position for five minutes and focus on your breath.
Downward facing dog
According to studies, Yoga practices will help you to fight against overeating by 51%. A downward facing dog is one of the exercises from them. It will help you feel fuller throughout the whole day. To get your body into this pose, you have to get on all your fours and make your body into an inverted V.
While standing up, you can also help yourself to fight against hunger. Keep your arms by your side and stand straight. Raise your right leg and place it on the left inner thigh. Hold your hands in the prayer position. Now do the same practice with the other leg.
Make your body in the pose of downward facing dog. Transit your body and lie on your stomach and lift your head up. Make your body in the snake shape by keeping your neck straight. Hold down your body in this pose for around 15 to 30 seconds.
This exercise is similar to a cobra. In the same way as a cobra, start this exercise in the downward facing dog. Then move your head up to make the impression that you are lifting up your body above the ground with the help of your both arms. You can also try a side plank. In this side plank, you need to hold your body with one arm.
For this exercise, you have to sit on the ground and keep your legs straight. Bend your legs at your knee and raise your legs slightly in the air. Keep your hands straight behind your legs. Hold down this pose for a few seconds.
For this exercise, lie on your back and relax down. Lift your legs in a straight way and move your legs over your head. Try to touch the floor with our legs. And if you are not able to touch the floor then try hard as much as you can and hold the position for a few seconds.
There are many warrior poses. There is one pose amongst these poses which helps you to fight against hunger. On your yoga mat, stand straight. Move your left leg back with a big step at the angle of 45-degrees. Then bend your right knee and keep your left leg straight. Bring your both hands out to the sides and hold your body in this position for a few seconds.
