Well, there are thousands of places in the world that are still not got explored. And you want to visit those areas and especially those that are underwater. Scientists always have been looking for the lost cities of Atlantis that have not got explored yet. Those cities got sank into water over a long period.
Just like these cities of Atlantis, there are many other places in the world that we need to visit soon. They have got submerged into the water. It can be all due to the power of nature, or it can be even due to sacrifices that need to provide you with the additional ability to the growth of population.
Either on the ways, we have all put together the collection of the historical places that have got buried underwater and now have got for resurfacing.
Well, when it comes to the power of nature, then no other power can beat it in any case. And it is same with El Nino phenomenon that has resurfaced the whole city and has even submerged in more than thirty years. It was a small town with a good population in Venezuela. But then in 1985, the area got flooded by the government so that they can build a dam there. But after thirty years the level of water in place has dropped, and it has caused the city to reemerge once again.
Jal Mahal, City of Jaipur, India
Jal Mahal might turn out to be picturesque. But in actual it is a Water Castle. It is the right place that locates in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in the city Jaipur of India. The Mahal has the floor made up of red sandstone. But no one is clear that what was the period when it got built. The walls of the Mahal indicates that it got built around 300 years ago.
It is a building of five-story, but we can only see one floor because its four stories are under water. Still, the government has started the six years project and provided the best architectures such that they can come back with the past glory. Now public and tourists can visit the place with the help of boats.
Saint Nicholas Church, Mavrovo’s Lake
The place lies in the Mavrovo Lake which is not that far from the Balkan Mountains in Macedonia. It is a national park which constitutes of the submerged church of Saint Nicholas. The ancient church got built during the period of the 1850s. Now after 150 years, the government has decided to make the lake such that it would help to supply the electricity to the local power plant.
But in 2o03, the church got entirely submerged under the water but has got now resurfaced due to the climatic changes. You can now see more than half of the church in the summer season.
Grüner See, Austria
It is a beautiful place which is also known as Green Lake. It situates in Austria and is popular because of its crystal and clear water. It also has emerald green colors because the lake surrounds by grass and the leaves. But in the winter season, the lake turns to be shallow which gives the beautiful emerges of the national park. It is an excellent attraction place for the campers. The ice melts during the summer season, and the grass around gets filled up with the water. And hence it turns out to be underwater paradise.
It gives the sign of the attractive power of nature. It was the power of earthquake that has caused the place to submerge underwater. And hence later the village turned out to be a ghost town, and people feel afraid to visit it. It constitutes more than ten buildings. But again it has started emerging from the water after ten years. It is all plays of nature which has lent it do so. The level of water has even dropped down to 703 meters from 712 meters. Now we hope that soon people will return to their homes who got forced to leave.
